SmashUrology is an online educational platform developed specifically to support urology trainees preparing for the FRCS (Urol) and FEBU examinations.

Founded by Ibrahim Ibrahim, a senior urology registrar based in Glasgow, the platform was created in response to a lack of dedicated, exam-focused revision resources for urology trainees.

The platform currently provides access to over 2000 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) aligned with EAU and NICE guidelines, forming a comprehensive question bank reflecting the scope of postgraduate urology examinations. Content is regularly reviewed and updated to ensure alignment with current clinical guidance and best practice.

A key feature of SmashUrology is its performance analytics dashboard, which enables users to monitor progress, identify areas of weaker performance, and direct revision more effectively. Ongoing development of the platform is informed by direct user feedback, with both content and functionality refined in response to trainee needs.

Designed to accommodate the realities of clinical training, SmashUrology allows flexible revision that can be integrated around on-call rotas, clinic commitments, and operating lists. Since launch, the platform has attracted a growing number of subscribers across the UK seeking a focused and accessible approach to FRCS (Urol) and FEBU exam preparation.

Further developments are in progress, including a Viva Suite to support FRCS (Urol) Part 2 preparation—launching early 2026.
