STIMVIA, a neuromodulation company focused on transforming the treatment of bladder dysfunction, today announced the appointment of Russ Mably as Chief Executive Officer. Mably will lead the company through its next phase of international growth, expanding access to STIMVIA's personalised neuromodulation platform and advancing its mission to improve outcomes for millions of patients worldwide.
Building on increasing clinical adoption, growing commercial traction and a strong body of published evidence, STIMVIA is well positioned at the intersection of neuromodulation, digital health and personalised medicine. Under Mably's leadership, the company will focus on expanding global market access, strengthening strategic partnerships and accelerating commercialisation.

Russ Mably.
Mably brings more than 20 years of experience leading and scaling international medical technology businesses. Most recently, as CEO of CELOX Medical, he drove significant global expansion and strengthened the company's position as a leading provider of haemostatic and wound care solutions. His achievements were recognised when he was named Most Ambitious Business Leader in the 2024 LDC Top 50 programme, delivered in partnership with The Times.
"STIMVIA is far more than a medical device company; it is a platform poised to reshape how bladder dysfunction and other chronic diseases are treated globally," said Mably. "The convergence of non-invasive precision neuromodulation, digital health and personalised therapy creates an opportunity to deliver dramatically better outcomes for patients while reducing reliance on chronic medication and invasive procedures. STIMVIA has already established a strong clinical and commercial foundation, and I believe we are only beginning to realise the impact this technology can have. I am excited to work alongside Lukas and the team to build a category-defining company that transforms the lives of millions of patients worldwide."
Founder Lukas Doskocil will transition to the role of Founder and Chief Product Officer, where he will lead product strategy, technology development and the advancement of STIMVIA's next-generation neuromodulation platform.
"For more than twelve years, I have been driven by a simple belief: neuromodulation should be more precise, more personalised and accessible to more patients," said Doskocil. "What we have achieved so far is only the beginning. With Russ leading STIMVIA's commercial growth and global expansion, I can focus on pushing the boundaries of innovation and developing the next generation of neuromodulation technologies. Together, we have the opportunity to redefine treatment standards and unlock the full potential of personalised nerve stimulation."
With a strengthened leadership team and a clear strategic vision, STIMVIA is entering a new phase focused on innovation, market expansion and increasing patient access while continuing to build a global leader in personalised neuromodulation.
