Urology News is excited to be partnering with Convatec for the return of our Imaging Competition.
Reflecting on last year’s competition we saw an incredibly high standard of submissions, demonstrating a wide variety of medical imaging and creativity in the world of urology.

The competition is open to all medical professionals working in the field of urology and we welcome urology-related images captured using any imaging device, including endoscopes, electron microscopes, scanners, and standard cameras.
You are invited to submit your entry for a chance to win one of our three prizes!
- 1st Place: £300 Amazon voucher
- 2nd Place: £200 Amazon voucher
- 3rd Place: £100 Amazon voucher
All winners will also be considered for future Urology News magazine covers.
There will also be a celebrated shortlist and honourable mentions, so plenty of opportunities to go around! Submissions must be suitable for publication on the cover of Urology News and for display in print, digital, and promotional materials.

The image(s) must be:
- Related to the field of urology.
- Taken using any device (endoscope, electron microscopy, scanners, standard cameras, etc).
- A high resolution / 300dpi.
- In either .JPEG or .PNG format.
Our rules are:
- A maximum of 3 entries per person.
- No trade entries (we only accept submissions from healthcare professionals).
- No digital enhancing is allowed.
It’s really important that:
- You are responsible for obtaining permission and consent from the patient.
- No identifiable information is present in the image(s).
Submission
- Our submission window is open from 1 May – 18 September 2026.*
- The deadline for all submissions is 18 September 2026.
- Our judging will take place between 19 September – 9 October 2026.
- Winners will be announced at the start of November 2026 to coincide with the launch of the November/December issue of Urology News.
